By using CollegeTrip services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and will comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

Any platform, counseling, processing, or application fees paid to CollegeTrip are strictly non‑refundable, including but not limited to situations where you change course/institute preference, withdraw an application, fail to qualify, or are not admitted by an institute. Fees paid directly to institutes or third parties are governed by their respective policies and are outside our control.

We strive to keep institute details accurate and updated. However, certain information is provided by institutes or public sources and may change without notice. You should verify critical details such as fees, approvals, program availability, and deadlines directly with the institute.

All content, trademarks, and materials on CollegeTrip are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CollegeTrip, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or unlawful activity. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.
